These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Your Expert Online website and the consultation services offered through it.

By accessing this website, booking or purchasing a consultation, creating an appointment, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use the services.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

Your Expert Online provides users with access to experience-based information, perspectives, and one-on-one discussions with Naor Gozlan.

Consultations may involve topics such as:

Business and entrepreneurship

Real estate

Investments and investment opportunities

Deals and transactions

Negotiations

Financing and transaction structures

Partnerships

Contractors and operational issues

Buying, starting, operating, or growing businesses

The exact subjects discussed during a consultation depend on the user's questions and circumstances.

NATURE OF CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are intended to provide general informational, educational, and experience-based perspectives.

Your Expert Online and Naor Gozlan do not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, insurance, medical, or other regulated professional advice through these services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

A consultation is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional when such professional advice is required.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions, investigations, due diligence, and actions.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Certain services offered through Your Expert Online require advance booking and payment.

Prices, consultation lengths, subscription options, and other applicable terms will be displayed on the website or during the booking and checkout process.

Payment may be required before an appointment is confirmed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Your Expert Online may use third-party payment providers to process transactions.

APPOINTMENTS

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling an appointment and for attending the appointment at the scheduled time.

Appointment confirmations, reminders, meeting links, or other appointment-related communications may be delivered by email, text message, or other communication methods provided during booking.

Users should ensure that their contact information is accurate and that they have the necessary internet, telephone, or other technology required to participate in the consultation.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

Quick Call ($89; discontinued October 27, 2026 — these terms continue to apply to Quick Calls booked before that date) and Decision Review — 60 Minutes ($350; formerly Deep Dive): Cancellation 24 or more hours before the appointment allows a full refund or reschedule without charge. Cancellation less than 24 hours before is non-refundable, but the customer receives one courtesy reschedule. A no-show is non-refundable and the session is forfeited. If Naor cancels, the customer chooses a full refund or reschedule. Refunds return to the original payment method.

SUBSCRIPTION OR ONGOING SERVICES

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscription benefits are intended for the purchasing customer and may not be transferred or shared with another person.

Private Advisory subscription costs $799/month and automatically renews monthly until cancelled. Each successfully paid billing period resets the standard allowance to 240 minutes / 4 hours, usable in 30- or 60-minute sessions with Naor via Google Meet. Customers request sessions privately; the team confirms eligibility and time balance before scheduling. Reasonable short text/WhatsApp questions and coordination are included, without unlimited consulting or research. Cancel by emailing [email protected] before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the already-paid billing period. Already-paid monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except billing errors or where required by law. Unused advisory minutes have no cash value and normally do not roll over. Session cancellation 24+ hours before the appointment returns reserved minutes. Session cancellation less than 24 hours before, or a no-show, consumes reserved minutes. If Naor cancels, minutes are returned; make-good time may be provided when appropriate.

USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Users may provide information, documents, photographs, contracts, spreadsheets, property information, financial information, business information, or other materials in connection with a consultation.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the legal right to provide the information or materials.

The usefulness of a consultation may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Your Expert Online and Naor Gozlan are not responsible for independently verifying all information supplied by users or third parties.

CONFIDENTIAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for the consultation.

Users should avoid submitting passwords, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Submitting information for a consultation does not create an attorney-client privilege or another legally privileged professional relationship.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Your Expert Online and Naor Gozlan do not guarantee the outcome of any business decision, investment, real estate transaction, negotiation, financing effort, business strategy, or other action discussed during a consultation.

Past experience, previous transactions, examples, strategies, opinions, and discussions do not guarantee future results.

Business, real estate, and investment activities involve risk, including the possibility of financial loss.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether to pursue any opportunity, transaction, strategy, investment, or course of action.

INDEPENDENT DUE DILIGENCE

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before making business, investment, real estate, financial, or other important decisions.

Depending on the situation, this may include obtaining legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, inspections, title review, financial analysis, professional evaluations, regulatory review, or other appropriate investigation.

Information discussed during a consultation should be considered as one source of information rather than a substitute for independent verification.

NO PROFESSIONAL OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP

Use of the website or consultation services does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, broker-client, investment adviser-client, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, employment, or similar regulated professional relationship.

The relationship is limited to the consultation or other services specifically purchased or agreed upon.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND REFERRALS

During a consultation, Naor Gozlan or Your Expert Online may discuss or identify third-party professionals, companies, contractors, lenders, service providers, products, websites, or other resources.

To submit information they are not authorized to provide

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, original written materials, graphics, and other original materials made available through Your Expert Online are owned by or licensed for use by Your Expert Online and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a consultation does not transfer ownership of Your Expert Online intellectual property.

Users may use materials provided specifically for their personal or internal business purposes unless otherwise stated, but may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without permission.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website and services available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

PRIVACY

Use of personal information in connection with the website and services is addressed in the Your Expert Online Privacy Policy.

SEVERABILITY

SMS APPOINTMENT AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE PROGRAM

With your explicit consent, Your Expert Online sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, and customer-service replies. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. This program does not send promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the SMS consent form again.

Your use of the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy, including its restrictions on sharing mobile information and SMS opt-in data.
